Bolsa Lake is located in the town of Junin, Cundinamarca department. It lies at an altitude of 2,930 meters above sea level in páramo and high Andean forest in the Chingaza National Park.

The main features of this territory are the countless streams, waterfalls and mountain lakes. The Bolsa lake is surrounded by a very well preserved cloud forest. We will hike on small village paths and arrive at the top of the mountain called Cerro Redondo with splendid mountain scenery.

The estimated time for this hike is 4 to 5 hours. Approximate distance of the trail is 5 to 7 km. About half of the trail is asending.

The cost includes transportation and guidance. Each person must bring his lunch and water. One should be prepared for weather changes.
